PARAGON Office^tm extends the power of PARAGON Program Management System^tm to every team member by allowing them to create and route construction documents with standard Microsoft Office tools.

Team members (including employees, owner representatives or external contractors) can create, forward, collaborate or respond with documents, such as Requests for Information, using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. The document arrives in the recipient’s Outlook inbox as an attachment to an e-mail and is simultaneously captured, along with its content, routing information, ball-in-court assignments and other key information in the PARAGON database for later analysis, reporting and audit.
